- 4 Weeks of Strength Endurance : Building a foundation of strength and endurance with proper movement patterns.
- 4 Weeks of Metabolic Strength: Metabolic training is compound exercises with little rest in between in an effort to maximize calorie burn and increase metabolic rate during and after the workout.
- 3 Strength training session per week: These can be done in just 30-45 minutes with home gym equipments.
- 2 Conditioning workouts per week: Boost your athleticism, melt fat and improve your health with these 30 minutes workouts.
